Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VisualVortex platform and Workplan AI CLI tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

The Workplan AI CLI is provided under the MIT License. However, use of our web-based dashboard and API services is subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not attempt to bypass rate limits or exploit the API.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.

3. User Accounts & Verification

To access certain features, including generating API keys and enabling integrations, users must verify their identity via Google OAuth. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VisualVortex, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated workplans), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VisualVortex and its licensors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
